Farm to Table
It is our goal to provide a bounty of home grown food and to delight in the tastes and smells of freshly prepared meals. Leigh & Paul have been interested in the concept of ‘Food as Medicine’ since they were teenagers. Leigh’s first job was as a cook for a small macrobiotic food counter at the Redding Terminal Market in Philadelphia.
She learned about the chemical and physiological nature
of what we eat and found relief from a lifetime of chronic digestive problems. From there it has been her life’s journey to find balance in all aspects of health and well-being. It was clear that physical issues could not be separated from psychological influences but sharing good, tasty food served in beautiful ways, with an attitude of joy, became a daily passion.
We will have farm-to-table cooking workshops at Living in the Hub Farm to share our most delicious recipe collection and learn more from new chefs.
